Listing Management

From contract-to-close including:

*  Set up photographer photo shoot
*  Upload photos & documents in MLS
*  Prepare listing documents for signature
*  Input listing description in MLS
*  Enter ShowingTime instructions
*  Obtain HOA docs & application procedures
*  Change status in MLS



Contract Preparation

$40

* Prepare a buying contract with up to 3 revisions.

Hourly Admin Rate

* Social media posts (flyers, memes, videos, video editing)
* Attending inspections, closings, walk-throughs
* Installing signs & lockboxes
