I am Deanna McGinley, the owner of Transactions Made Easy LLC!  I was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach, FL and been a FL beach girl ever since.  I was a realtor for 6 years and then become a Transaction Manager for a mega team in NE Florida for the past year and a half, where I closed over 350 transactions.  It was then that I realized how much I love the organizational side of real estate and guiding customers through the the biggest purchase of their lives.  Before real estate, I was a teacher for eleven years which helped me with my problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations quickly. As a licensed Transaction Manager, I get to use my organizational skills as well as marketing, time management, and most importantly the ability to relate to realtors and customers to provide a pleasurable experience in an otherwise, stressful time.
